Yang Guangting, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial People's Congress and secretary of the Baoji Municipal Party Committee, pointed out in his speech that Baoji is the core production area of Shaanxi liquor and a Phoenix-flavor liquor city in China. Baoji's profound culture is central to brewing Phoenix-flavor liquor, ensuring its unique ecological conservation, and fostering its high-quality development. The Phoenix-flavor liquor industry has become a key industrial chain and pillar industry in Baoji, supporting Baoji to become the largest liquor production base in the northwest. In recent years, Baoji has implemented the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speeches during his inspections in Shaanxi and is building a high-quality Chinese Phoenix-flavor Wine City.

Baoji will collaborate to build a phoenix-flavor liquor industry chain, scientifically brew phoenix-flavor products, and innovate in the phoenix-flavor liquor culture while upholding integrity. The city aims to reach a production capacity of 200,000 tons of base liquor by 2025, leading to Xifeng liquor sales of 20 billion yuan and a breakthrough in comprehensive output value of over 50 billion yuan, thus creating a high-quality characteristic production area for China's phoenix-flavor liquor. We sincerely invite businessmen from all directions to come to Baoji for sightseeing and tourism, investment and development, and to create a better future together.

I hope that through the exhibition, participating companies can improve quality, build brands, consolidate foundations, improve chains, and build a new development pattern for the wine industry that involves consultation, joint construction, and sharing.
