The water-based PU glue not only has the advantages of environmental protection, non-toxicity, good adhesion, but also does not yellow, beautiful and easy to use. The actual operation efficiency is high and simple, brushing back and forth is smooth, without lump, good heat insulation, do not be afraid of excessive exercise and high temperature causing degumming, PH value 7-9, close to neutral, no corrosion.
Use water-based PU glue to double the actual bonding effect:
1. Adjust glue
The relative density of the water-based PU glue is 1.1g.cm-3, which must be shaken before use. According to the available time of about 2 hours, clearly adjust the mold clamping force to prevent waste. When cleaning the glue container and mixing device, appropriately weigh the water-based PU glue and epoxy curing agent and place them in the container for adjustment.
2. Glue
The material to be glued must be heated preferentially, and the glue is applied after the surface reaches 40-50°C, so as to improve the bonding surface, physical properties and increase the drying rate. It is also possible to use a treatment agent to solve the surface of the material before gluing, which is beneficial to improve the lubricity between the water-based PU glue and the material, thereby enhancing the actual effect of initial bonding.
3. Dryness
The dryness of the water-based PU adhesive is best in an ultra-low temperature and long-term dry environment, and then activate the lamp to make the temperature reach the best bonding temperature required before bonding.
4. Bonding
After the water-based PU glue comes out of the drying box, its sticky retention time is generally 3 minutes, so in the shortest period of time, internal bonding can achieve the best bonding effect.
5. Pressure
Generally, the length of time for pressurization and the level of working pressure are determined by the product model and material. For product models with high tension, the pressing time should be increased. When pressing, use a three-in-one strong pressing machine to perform one-time pressing. The shear force caused by several times of pressing will destroy the bonded surface.
6. Organize
When finishing, prevent the organic solvent from penetrating into the bonding surface to reduce the bonding strength. If there is a re-production processing and forming process, it should be placed for 24 hours, and then carried out after the PU glue is reflected to prevent degumming during thermal activation.
